Holly G. Thompson, MA is a North Carolina teacher-scholar and poet. She is earning a PhD at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she studies Rhetoric, Composition, and Literacy in the Department of English and Comparative Literature.

In her free time, Holly conducts private symposia with her cats, ponders her collection of decrepit elementary school science fair trophies, and frets about the punctuation on Temple Grandin’s Wikipedia page.
