Holly teaches English 105 at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a recipient of the 2025-2026 AI Innovation in Teaching Award from the University’s College of Arts and Sciences, which supports the thoughtful integration of Artificial Intelligence in composition classes. She is presently working on curricular developments that integrate Writing About Writing and Writing in the Disciplines pedagogies for the University’s Writing Program.

Prior to her work as an Instructor of Record, Holly completed internships and assistantships in first-year writing classes and discipline-specific writing classes at Wake Forest University and Belmont University.
